これまでTOEICのスピーキングを10回受けました。結果は以下の通りです。（目標は180点以上）

どうも170点を過去3回取っていますが、ここ3ヵ月は高原状態からやや下降気味という感じで、テストに悪慣れで疲れてきているという感じです。（しかし、オンライン英会話のEigoxで2017年9月に始めた頃は先生からの評価レベルが7.5平均でしたが、今はコンスタントにレベル9です。上記のテスト結果はそういう会話力の進歩をまったく反映したものになっておらず、TOEICのスピーキングテストは会話力のベンチマークとしてはあまり適当でないと言えます。）

また7月11日に受けますが、今回は学習方法を変えてみました。
それは特に問題の多い「解決策を提案」問題（ちなみにこれは8月からは無くなりますので今回が最後のトライ）について、どのような問題が出ても汎用的に解答出来るパターンを用意しておくというもので、それは
（1）自分は聞かれた課題には詳しくないが、○○課のXXはそれのプロなのでそいつに回答させる。
（2）過去に使ったことがある外部の会社（広告会社、コンサルタント会社等）を使う。

というものです。かなり裏技気味ですが、提案するのが直接自分のアイデアでなくても、要は結果として相手の要求を満たしていればいい訳で、それで減点されることはないと思います。それで作ってみたのが以下の解答例。

Hi, Linda, this is Toshi of the sales section returning your call. I understood your concern that we need to implement new sales promotion to increase our sales of a new TV set. Well, although I am not an expert of the area, I can suggest two things for you instead. Firstly, Tom at the marketing section is an expert of sales promotion. I am sure he can propose good ideas for you. I will immediately contact him and let him reply to you on this matter. Secondly, I have used ABC advertisement company several times before and the results were mostly satisfactory. I can contact the company if you allow me to use some budgets for the promotion. Well, what do you think? If you want to discuss this matter further with me, feel free to contact me anytime.

これで大体140ワードで早口でしゃべって56秒くらいです。

ついでに意見を述べる問題も、問題を適当に作り、それへの解答例を2パターン作りました。こちらは汎用的解答パターンというのはありませんが、それでもテンプレートとして使える部分は多いです。

What are advantages or disadvantages of kids using their own smartphones?

There are both advantages and disadvantages of kids using their own smartphones.
I show you some examples. At first, parents can call their kids anytime or trace the location by letting kids have smartphones. This is very effective in keeping the safety of kids. Another advantage is that parents do not need to play with their kids when they are busy, since kids can watch videos, play games, or call someone by their smartphones and will not distract their parents too much.
One possible disadvantage is, however, that kids spend too much time in using smartphones and this will reduce other time, for examples, for reading books, playing outside. This might hinder their healthy development.
These are some merits and demerits of kids using smartphones.

Someone is trying to lower the age for voting from 18 to 16. Do you agree or disagree with this idea?

I agree with the idea that we lower the age for voting from 18 to 16. There are some reasons to support my opinion. At first, the current high school students over 16 years old seem to have enough knowledge and information in judging about political matters, as shown in the results of several surveys. Another merit is that they will be more interested in politics and try to learn more about politics. This can strengthen our base for democracy.
Some might argue that they are too young to judge about anything, but considering the fact that all of them have finished basic education at the junior high schools, this argument is groundless.
To conclude, to lower the age from 18 to 16 is preferrable because the generation has enough knowledge and it will let them involve more in politics.

ちなみに市販の参考書、役に立たないものが多いです。解答例も普通にしゃべると一分で収まらないのとか、まずそういう問題は出ないのとか、変なのが多いです。高得点が取れるようになったら、自分で書いてみようかとも思います。
